A bit of useful info: 

As I work from my home, drop off and pick up arrangements are strictly by appointment only. Please do not just turn up without an appointment.

I'm based in Clevedon, BS21. My full address details will be supplied when appointments are booked.
I request that payments are made in full and in advance on ALL orders,.. 
I accept payments by BACS (quickest and easisest way to pay) and for those that don't bank online I also accept cheques (please make payable to Louise Shepherd) ...but please be advised that ALL checques will need to clear before I can/or will order anything in, or start a new project.  No cash payments are being taken at this time.
